Blueberry Smoothie

Nothing beats a easy to do smoothie after a morning workout.  The blueberry smoothie is filled with super foods like LSA and chia seeds combined with berries and honey.

Ingredients
I cup Milk
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
2 tbsp. LSA
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp honey

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until all ingredients are combined
