Vegetarian Pizza

Who doesn’t love a quick lunch? This simple and fast vegetarian pizza takes less than 30 minutes to make.  The pitta bread is filled with pizza sauce, spinach, olives and Boccioni.

Ingredients

A handful of baby spinach

50g sliced Kalamata olives

1 tbsp. pizza sauce

2 Boccioni balls or Mozzarella  cheese

Small handful of almond nuts

1 pitta bread

 

Method

Preheat fan force oven to 200ºC

Place pitta bread on oven tray.  Place pizza sauce on the bread, add spinach, olives, nut and cheese.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until chess is melted and base is crisp.
