Fruits and Nuts

A perfect afternoon snack for the week.  This snack has the sweetness from the dates, tanginess from the apricots and crucch from the nuts.

Ingredients

100g pecans

100g hazelnuts

20g LSA

180g dates

100g dried mixed berries of your choice (I used apricots cranberry and goji berries)

200g rolled oats

2 tablespoon coconut oil

2 tablespoon maple syrup

 

Method

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until combined.

Make flat balls and put it in the fridge.

 

Note

You can male 12 balls and use remaining mixture as a crumble to your porridge, panna cotta or muesli.

You can make 24 balls.

It can stay in the fridge for two weks.
