I was craving for a banana smoothie this morning, instead of just adding milk, banana and Greek yogurt I decided to be adventurous and added peanut butter, chai seeds and a dash of cinnamon and it was super delicious.
Ingredients
1 cup of milk of your choice
1 tbsp. peanut butter
½ fresh banana
3 tbsp. natural yogurt
1 tbsp. chai seeds
½-1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until all ingredients are combined and the smoothie is to your desired liking.
