When I was a kid my dad blended avocado for breakfast and my sister added a banana in the blender, it was delicious and today she took it a step further and added spinach. It was delicious and filling.
Ingredients
1 cup milk
½ avocado
½ fresh banana
3 tbsp. natural yogurt
Handful of fresh spinach
1 tsp. honey
To decorate
½ a kiwi fruit
1 Strawberry
Toasted muesli or Fruits and Nuts crumble
Method
Add all ingredients in the blender and blend on high until smoothie is thick or to your liking.
To decorate
Slice kiwi and strawberry and add to the bowl with the crumble or muesli.
