Can you tell our readers about yourself and your blog?

Hi Readers,

Firstly, thank for visiting my blog.  My name is Romaine, I enjoy writing, jogging, walking, reading, trying new recipes and learning new things and my inspiration for this blog is my journey to getting healty.

Do you think about color when you are preparing a meal?

Yes we eat with our eyes; people get turned off if the food looks unappealing,

 Are there any foods that you wouldn’t eat as a child that you eat now?

Yogurt…never liked it when I was a child but now I have it with fruits or in my smoothies,

 Do you prefer to eat at a restaurant or at home?

At home…It is fun to cook your own food, it is cheaper, no worries on what to wear to go to the restaurant and home cooked food is the best.

 Do you prefer your own country’s food or other kinds of food?

I love trying different foods from different counties.  You also learn that some foods you eat at your home country are called something else in another country.

 If you were on death row, what would you request for your last meal?

Okay here is my menu:

Starters:  Crumbled chicken wings, potato bhajias, and samosa and meat koftaa..

Mains:  Biryani, Chili jam noodles, seafood platter, pizza and French fries.

Deserts:  Cream caramel, Sachar tort and vanilla ice cream

 Do you like trying new foods?

Yes, love trying different foods.

 Coffee. with George Clooney or Heston Blumenthal?

I love experimenting so I will have coffee with Heston and he is creative with food.

Would you rather eat only fruit or vegetables for one year

Veggies aare healtier.

 Would you rather give up meat or give up fruit?

You need proteins so will give up fruits.

 Give up sugar or give up salt?

Despite me loving sweet things I will give up sugar for salt, you need salt to flavour the savoury foods and you can have deserts that use natural sugars such as honey.

Would you rather finish exercise without water or exercise and not eat the whole day.

Have you tried exercising without water…it’s brutal.  I rather excerise and don’t eat the whole day.

Would you rater never sweat during a workout or never feel sore after a workout.
This is eay…I rather never ever feel sore after a workout.
Eat whatever you want, but be forced to exercise every day, or have a strict diet, but never have to exercise.
I rather eat whatever I want and exercise…the secret is eat in moderation.  Check your serving size and calories and you will be fine.   I don’t mind excercising everyday, I don’t like the diet thingy.
