Firstly, thank you very much for visiting my blog.  My name is Romayne and my inspiration for this blog is how I could integrate health eating into my lifestyle.  I enjoy cooking, writing and running.

In 2013, I entered my first charity run and that fuelled my motivation to increase my distance.  Since then I have completed two half-marathons and hope to achieve my ultimate  goal of running a marathon.   I find running relaxing and refreshing.  I especially enjoy running  outdoors because I enjoy nature, quietness, calmness and seeing the sunrise in the morning.

I quickly came to realize nutrition plays a fundamental role in running.  I started exploring healthy eating. This blog is a collection of recipes, ideas and inspiration about eating well and living a healthier lifestyle.
